We are glad to meet you on the web-site of our hotel! We hope you visit the hotel "Equator". Here you will be given a warm welcome. An excellent interior, furniture and bar equipment from Italy, first-rate room and cafe facilities are at your disposal.
Our hotel is situated in the business centre of Samara in a ten minutes' walk from the Volga river embankment. It will take you 10 minutes to get to the hotel from the railway terminal by car, 15 minutes - from the river port, 40-50 minutes from the airport.
Shopping centres, nightclubs, an up-to-date movie-theatre, a bowling centre and nice restaurants are situated near the hotel.
13 comfortable single apartments are at your service. The number of rooms in the apartment varies from
1 to 3.

The voltage in the hotel is 220 V. Please, don't forget about it using your hair drier, electric shaver and other electrical appliances.
Besides, we offer you additional services: mini-bar, billiards, laundry, fax, copying.
In our nice cafe you can have breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is included. Dinner is included into the cost of the room upon request for additional fee (HB). You can also have lunch there if you wish, but in this case we ask you to inform us about it in advance.
You can pay for the room and all the services (mini-bar, telephone, laundry, fax) by credit card. We accept Visa, EuroCard/Mastercard, Union Card.

- The first day of stay is paid as 24 hours regardless of arrival time.
- Reservations cancelled later than 24 hours before the arrival will be paid.
- In case the guest does not arrive and the reservation is kept room price will be paid.

- Extended stay of not longer than 6 hours (approved by administration) will be paid per hour.
- Extended stay of 6 to 12 hours (approved by administration) is paid as 1/2 day.
- Extended stay of 12 to 24 hours (approved by administration) will be paid per hour.

Guests staying for over 10 days can pay by credit card. Credit payment has to be done every seventh day of stay. The exception is a day before the last day of the current month when we kindly ask you to pay for all types of service.
Rooms are reserved through a guarantee letter (host party’s request).
In case of advance reservation for two persons, the pay for the second person’s stay amounts to 30% of room price.

To get accommodation in our hotel guests should have:
- for citizens of Russia and CIS: national passports;
- for foreign citizens: national passports and visas.
Registration
The "Equator" Hotel helps to get registration for foreign citizens at the city department for visas and registrations.

Our administrators all speak English and are at your service 24 hours a day. You can ask to make a wake up call or order a taxi.
